Welcome to WeDliver! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeDliver platform as a restaurant partner ("you" or "Restaurant"). By signing up and using our platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate business information and maintain a valid food license.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree that only authorized staff will access your WeDliver restaurant dashboard.
2. Menu and Pricing
- You are responsible for keeping your menu, pricing, and availability up to date.
- Prices listed on WeDliver must match in-store pricing unless a promotion is clearly marked.
- WeDliver is not liable for customer complaints due to outdated or incorrect listings.
3. Order Management
- You agree to accept, prepare, and package orders promptly for pick-up by a WeDliver driver.
- Orders should be ready within the estimated preparation time you set in your account.
- You are responsible for food quality, proper packaging, and order accuracy.
4. Payouts and Fees
- WeDliver will collect payments from customers and deposit your earnings on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly).
- A commission fee per order will be deducted as agreed in your onboarding contract.
- Additional service or marketing fees may apply if opted into.
5. Cancellations and Disputes
- You must notify WeDliver immediately if you cannot fulfill an order.
- Excessive cancellations may result in account review or suspension.
- Disputes related to incorrect orders or customer complaints will be reviewed by WeDliver and resolved at our discretion.
6. Use of Branding
- You grant WeDliver the right to display your restaurant name, logo, and menu items on the app and website.
- All intellectual property remains yours, but you authorize us to use it to market your business on our platform.
7. Restaurant Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Follow all local health, safety, and food handling regulations
- Provide excellent service and professionalism to WeDliver customers and drivers
- Avoid fraudulent or abusive activity on the platform
8. Termination
- You may terminate your partnership at any time by giving written notice.
- WeDliver reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or policies.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any major changes via email or app notification.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
